Grace is now an Angel Food Host Site…….

Angel Food Ministries is a national non-profit ministry based in Georgia that supports churches who wish to participate in the whole-sale food program.  The Angel Food menu changes every month but always contains frozen meat products, vegetables and a dessert item.  

In Texas, the regular menu box is $30, and monthly specials are available (generally meats) for customers that purchase a regular menu food box.  Angel Food advertises the $30 menu as a $50 retail value at the grocery store, and every month your Grace Angel Food team comparison shops and can attest you will receive $46-$53 worth of food depending on any particular month’s menu choices.  So it is a good deal!
 
So how do you place an order? At Grace Community Church, you will find the Angel Food Ministry table in the main lobby of the church every Sunday morning from 9am - Noon.  We also have a volunteer at the church to take orders most Mondays and Fridays from 11 AM – 1 PM. Please note, there is an Order Deadline each month, typically on the 2nd or 3rd Monday by 12pm..

Who can participate in this great deal?  The answer is – everyone!  Just stop by the Angel Food Ministry table at Grace with your cash, check or Lone Star Card and you can purchase one or more boxes of food for that month.

When & Where Do You Pick Up Your Food? Distribution Days are typically the last Saturday of the month between 8 AM and 9:30 AM at Grace located at 701 Kitty Hawk Rd in Universal City.
 
Feel like donating to families in need? If you have enough food in your refrigerator, then you may wish to donate a box of food to a specific family or we’ll find the box a suitable home.
